What do you do?
"
In my daily work, I am responsible for the production and quality of monoclonal antibodies and reagents for Flow cytometry. I am managing the teams and it’s my responsibility to ensure training and development of the employees in order to secure that they are ready for new challenges. Also I am responsible for implementing KPI's according to our performance management system."

What are the requirements of your job?
"
As a team leader in Operation, it is important to have experience with manufacturing and GMP and a good understanding of management."

Why did you choose to work for Dako?
"Working with pathology, helping a lot of people getting the correct diagnosis was crucial for me, when I applied for the job."

What kind of development opportunities do you see at Dako?
"
My Dako career started in R&D, where I worked as an academic. I have been part of the sales organization and now I’m working as a team leader in Operations, so I have already been giving a lot of development opportunities."

"
