We understand how important your instrument’s performance is to your lab. Dako has built up a global network of certified field service engineers so that we can resolve any issues you may have with proactive, preventive maintenance.

Service agreements
Dako is recognized for providing support when you need it, either over the phone or through hands-on assistance. Our service agreements range from basic repair to an extensive service package and cover a single instrument or a complete lab.
