Course Description:
Training includes lecture and laboratory sessions and is designed to enhance the skills of both novices and experts through small classrooms and individual attention. We also customize courses to meet your special needs.

Basic Level – Intended for  technicians new to the field of IHC

  • Comprehensive overview of the Autostainer hardware & software application
  • A review of basic procedures & detection chemistries
  • Lab sessions for hands-on learning of Autostainer operation & basic IHC concepts

Intermediate Level - Intended for technicians with good computer skills & at least one year's experience in IHC

  • Comprehensive overview of the Autostainer hardware & software application
  • A review of procedures & detection chemistries
  • Lab sessions for hands-on learning of Autostainer operation & IHC concepts

Advanced Level - Intended for experienced technicians with good computer skills, advanced knowledge of IHC and an interest in molecular pathology techniques

  • Comprehensive overview of the Autostainer hardware & software application
  • A review of advanced procedures & detection chemistries
  • Introduction to ISH detection systems for use on the Dako Autostainer
  • Lab sessions using the Autostainer & Hybridizer

Course Length and Location: Four days in Carpinteria, California.
